1. Requirement Elaboration & Feasibility Analysis
- Engage in comprehensive consultations to document design specifications (CAD files, hand sketches, or concept briefs), material preferences (316L/304 stainless steel grades), surface finishes (brushed, mirror-polished, PVD coating), and regulatory compliance (CE, RoHS standards).
- Conduct engineering feasibility assessments using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to validate structural integrity and production viability.
2. Digital Prototyping & Rendering
- Utilize 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, Rhinoceros) to create parametric designs with 0.05mm precision.
- Generate photorealistic renderings and 360° virtual prototypes for visual approval, accompanied by technical drawings indicating tolerance ranges (+/-0.1mm) and surface roughness (Ra ≤ 0.8μm).
3. Physical Sample Fabrication
- Produce rapid prototypes via SLA 3D printing or lost-wax casting, followed by post-processing (electropolishing, laser engraving) to replicate final product aesthetics.
- Provide detailed QC reports including material composition analysis (spectrometer testing), dimensional verification (CMM scanning), and salt spray resistance data (ASTM B117 compliance).
QC
